Answer: Hi! Sounds like the baby has developed preference for bottle. Do lot of skin to skin, try latching when the baby isn't hungry. Do not wait till baby gets hungry.Be topless, give a lot of skin to skin and let baby latch on her own time without pressure. Also for a while you might want to cut down to one bottle a day try feeding with nipple shield and slowly get rid of the shield, it should work. Hope this helps!

Question: My baby doesn't take bottle..so how can i give her formula feed to avoid breastfeed
Answer: Dear at 17 months you need not use bottle or formula milk. You can give cow milk to your baby and by this age babies are ready ti take slippers if that doesn't help you spoon and bowl to feed. It would be better if you do not put your baby in the habit of bottle now. Hope it helps.

Question: Hi, My breasts are engorged sometimes. So, I want to express the milk and feed to the baby later. Can we give the expressed milk in bottles? I am exclusively breast feeding. He is 2 months old today. Doing so, will it confuse my baby? Will he not take breasts again if i use bottle regularly? Please suggest.
Answer: Yes you can but use only sterelized bottles to store milk. But feed him at least few times directly. Otherwise there is chance of decrease in breast milk production. Exclusive breast feeding up to six months is recommended.
