Answer: Hi, It happens because of gas. If  you have a lot of gas, avoid oily, spicy foods and heavy pulses such as rajma or chana that produce gas. You can eat them again when you feel better. Chewing a raw piece of ginger after meals is the most effective. However, pregnant women should not have more than 1 gram per day.

Answer: Actually calcium digest hone mey thoda Jyada time lagega so it's better to take it at the day time after lunch and iron at night after dinner. I too taking like this. Lunch k bad calcium leti hu and dinner k bad iron
