Answer: Dear aapko high carbohydrate rich food avoid funny hi like sweets, sugary products, fruits high in natural sugar , starchy vegetables, etc. You can eat rice roti in small portion.along with that you have to take medicine if any suggested by doctor and walking for 30 to 45 minutes twice in a day will be helpful. Your diet should reach in green veggies fruits whole grain cereals milk and other dairy products not and non-vegetarian then egg fish and chicken... sharing my Pregnancy diet chart , hope that will help.......

small katori plain yogurt
2 sugarfree crackers,1 green guava
1 roti, 1 medium size bowl chiken stew, 1 small katori curd
50 grms cottage cheese, Small kiwi/ 4 strawberries
2/3 cup quinoa/ daliya, 3 to 4 pcs grilled chicken or fish, 1 cup spinach soup/ tomato soup, 2-3 strawberries/ any berries. If you are vegetarian replace nonveg items with paneer tofu and soyachunks.

Answer: U should consult a dr. And also u should eat iodine and calcium rich foods to prepare ur baby's mind and bones strong for ex. Spinach, eggs, some juices etc and there are abundance of things that are availbale in market u must have!
