Answer: hello dear koi tension waali baat nahi hai.. thyroid is normal in pregnancy.. yeh doctor ko dikhaye aur vo jo medicines prescribe karte hai lena padega uske saath saath ache se walking kijiye aur jayda paani pijiye aur proper rest kijiye.. stress free rahiye aur yeh foods avoid kijiye thyroid me.. Pregnancy has a profound impact on the thyroid gland and thyroid function since the thyroid may encounter changes to hormones and size during pregnancy. Avoid foods that can hurt your thyroid: Yes, there are quite a few of these. For starters, you need to stay away from goitrogens (food substances that further suppresses thyroid functions). Major goitrogens are cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts. Soy or soymilk is also known to interfere with your thyroid’s function, especially if you have an iodine deficiency. Organ meats, such as liver and kidney, are full of lipid acids which if you intake in excess can disrupt both thyroid functions and thyroid medications you take

Cook till the fruit is soft and then mash it and eat the whole thing including liquids in the morning before eating anything else. 7: Have a tablespoon of molasses and raw honey every day. 8: Take a probiotic daily. 9: Avoid caffeinated drinks. Although they might help move the bowel initially, because they are diuretic, they compound the problem by causing dehydration. Diuretics can be dangerous in pregnancy. 10: Go to the toilet when you have the urge, don’t put it off. 11: To ease the stool passing, rub some organic oil (e.g. virgin coconut oil) on your bottom area. Where to buy coconut oil? Drinking enough water (ideally filtered to get out the nasties) and having enough exercise are also important for keeping your bowels going. If you can go for a walk every day (even for 20 minutes), this can help quite a bit.
