Question: 9 months completed still i m not getting pain why ? What can i do i m worried

Answer: Hello dear.. walking is the best exercise,to do for getting labour pain and vaginal birth,so walk as much as you can,keep yourself engaged active throughout the day,can do kegal exercises and squats,it will help to open the cervix and yields pain,be relaxed Da, because stress play an vital role in pregnancy, according to old wives advice we can mop and clean floor in squat position will ease labour Odin,but dothat with supervision of elders,do do alone, because safety is very much important ,keep trying this tips,hope it works for you

Answer: Drink pine apple juice,do squat, butterfly exercise and keep walking. For every one hour once stimulate Ur nipples.it leads to labour pains

Question: 9 month completed... but still not getting labor pain .. doctor asked to get admit on 5th March if will not get pain .. really worried.. pls. suggest something.. why m not getting pain ??
Answer: Dont worry dear sometome If your due date has also passed but no labor pain then dont worry dear you are not alone. Only 10 to 20 % births happen one the predicted due date. The other 80% percent births has happened after due date between 40 to 42 weeks. It doesn't mean you are at risk or your baby is not safe. Your doctor will do some test and may be induce pain.
