Answer: hi ur growing baby puts pressure on ur abdominal area that will causes pain in back ,thighs &legs also its totally normal ,use heat compressure that will reduce pain ,do walking &take enough rest .enjoy pregnancy
Answer: Yes this is normal swelling Kam karne k liye legs Ko latka k mat bhetho raat Ko sote time bhi paero k niche pillow rakho ..don't stand for long duration instead u can walk
