Answer: Hello dear.. walking is the best exercise,to do for getting labour pain and vaginal birth,so walk as much as you can,keep yourself engaged active throughout the day,can do kegal exercises and squats,it will help to open the cervix and yields pain,be relaxed Da, because stress play an vital role in pregnancy, according to old wives advice we can mop and clean floor in squat position will ease labour pain,but dothat with supervision of elders,do do alone, because safety is very much important ,keep trying this tips,hope it works for you

Your food should contain all nutrients that needed for you and your baby, wat you eat will be more noted during delivery, you should have that much strength and stamina to entering into a new phase
Include more fruits , vegetables, whole grains,oats,egg,lean chicken
Include healthy snack option like dryfruits, nuts ,makhana
Avoid oily,fried ,packed stuff
Avoid refined sugar,pastries too
As all our moms advice to be active in these times, but at the same time rest is also to be taken in regular interval.
A good diet with mild exercise will give you a healthy baby, you can start with walking, can do for half to one hour is essential,walking is the best exercise to do in pregnancy, do it regularly for better results,can also do pelvic exercises,kegal, squats but after consulting doctor,they will give you stamina and also leads to vaginal birth,you can try maternity yoga too,they are very powerful in reducing pregnancy related issues and they too helps in vaginal birth

Remember weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise.
Start your day with warm water
Followed by ginger lemon green tea with honey it would get your bowel movement starting and also help you detox .
Prepare a detox take a mixture of
1 spoon each of
jeera, ajwain, fennel seeds, methi, black pepper
Take a small piece of ginger and a piece of cinnamon to it
add it to a pot filled with 1L water
Boil it for 15 min on medium flame cool and drink it .
For lunch have more of protein and less of carbs on your plate and make sure you include curd or buttermilk in your lunch.
Have dry fruits or fruits or may be 4 biscuits and green tea in the evening .
Have green tea 3-4 times a day
For dinner follow the same less carb more protein rule in fact if you could have only Vegetables, fruits and lentil soup for dinner .
Have a glass of turmeric milk with cinnamon powder before sleeping .
