Answer: Hi dear,abdominal  pain which is normal in pregnancy in last week as baby takes his position and starts preparing for delivery due to which it puts pressure on pelvic and cause  pain. Wait till you due date of delivery however below symptoms will helo to judge labour pain:- In Labour pain, you will feel cramps in lower abdomen  which will increases over a period of time and will become more intense # water leakage from vegina # veginal discharge mixed with blood # if fetal activity decrease you are near to labour # you may feel lower back ache # your frequency of urination may increase In my case if felt cramps in lower abdomen 3 weeks before my due date and little water leakage but my suggestion for you is don't waste your more time in judging false and true labour pain by reading on Internet.. which i did 😊 if you feel any symptom directly call  to your gyne.
