Answer: Hi dear. don't worry dear aisa pregnancy mein bahut sari females ke sath hota hai infact mere saath bhi bilkul same situation thi . aap Subah bed se bhi uthane se pahle do namkeen biscuit kha Kar Hi Uthe . aap Thoda Thoda khaya Karen lekin jaldi kha liya Karen , ek time par pet Bhar kar na khaye. bilkul Halka khana Khaye . khana khate time Jyada Pani Na Piye . Tej smell wala khana na Khaye Kyunki usse vomiting aa sakti hai . Sara Din sipsip Karke Thoda Thoda Pani Pite hi rahe. agar aap ka Sara Din Sone Ka man karta hai to aap bilkul bhi hesitate mat kijiye Jitna man Karta Hai Itna Aaram Kijiye aap ki body ke liye bahut jaruri hai . Allow some time for digestion, and rise slowly once you are ready. Eating smaller meals more frequently throughout the day instead of three big meals. Drinking less water/fluids with your meals, and instead drink them between meals. Eating more dry, plain foods such as white rice, dry toast. Sucking on hard candy. Keeping rooms well ventilated or having a fan close by for easier breathing. If neither of these are possible, take time to go outside to get some fresh air. Getting plenty of rest; Listen to your body when you are feeling fatigued, and try lying down. Sniffing ginger or lemons or drinking lemonade, which can help ease the feeling of nausea. Talking with your doctor about the multivitamin you are taking; having too much iron may cause nausea, and switching to a different vitamin could help. Answer: It happens in first trimester. Try to have liquid food, juices. Eat fruits, nuts at the interval of every 2hrs. Don't eat too much at one time. This will be fine in 2nd trimester. Be happy and eat healthy.
