Question:What should I eat in lunch and dinner as I just hate wheat flour and its smell, I vomit after eating wheat flour roti ...please tell me some good options of food to eat during pregnancy ?
Answer: Hello dear. In the initial 4 months of pregnancy i was also vomiting badly and couldnt eat properly but dont worry this phase will get better soon.Try to eat upma, uttapam, idli, dhokla, fruits in breakfast. For lunch instead of normal roti/chappati u can have aaloo parathas, some rice, or have stuffed veggies in rice flour roti. Try experimenting with ur food. U should avoid spicy and oily food but can calm ur cravings sometimes by having ur fav homemade chaat, panipuri,pizza,sandwich(using wheat flour bread).U should include curd and salad too.
