Answer: Hi dear, Agar apka baby sirf Aapka doodh pe Raha hai toh ghabrane ki baat Nahi hai.aksar baby Jo breastfed kartey hai 1 week tak bhi poty na kare toh normal hai. Woh agar poty kartey waqt bhi force lagaye toh bhi koi baat nahi.as long as poty soft ho darne ki baat Nahi hai.

Answer: Hello dear, Generally in this age it's very normal to baby have constipation. Don't worry you can do lots of things to remove it. First of all.... Increase Water Consumption try giving her an additional 2-4 ounces (1/4-1/2 cup) of water after each feeding to help bowels flush properly.  Start juice slowly with less than 2 ounces of juice after feedings. Feed High-Fiber Foods Bananas, rice cereal, carrots, and cheese are a mainstay of most infant diets--they also tend to have a binding effect on stool. Foods like apricots, pears, prunes, peaches, and plums are better choices to help avoid constipation. Give Your Baby “Bicycle Legs Lift up his legs and move them in a circular motion to mimic the motions of peddling a bicycle. The movement should help to release some abdominal pressure. Try a Different Brand of Formula try a few brands to find the one your baby tolerates best. Most brands have a low-lactose option, which your baby may tolerate better.  Massage Her Tummy  massage your baby’s tummy in ever bigger circles. Follow your baby’s cues as to how much pressure to use. If she fusses or cries, you’re pressing too hard. Give bonnisan syrup 2.5 ml in the morning and evening for 3 to 4 days.  It will help. Have a fiber rich foods that includes wholewheat, oats, grains and cereals, Include lot of vegetables and fruits in your diet,include it in the form of sabji,porriyal,salad,you can drink beetroot juice regularly it prevents against constipation and also prevents Anemia.Eat guava with breakfast it will help a lot, Make a habit of eating figs and prunes daily ,start your day with having soaked dry fruits it will relieve you from constipation. Drink lot of water,stay yourself hydrated,also include fresh juice ,can also have veggies soup best remedy for constipation. Banana smoothie, figs smoothie will be more effective in reducing constipation. Exercise regularly. Walking, swimming, riding a stationary bike, and yoga can all ease constipation and leave you feeling more fit and healthy. Try another prenatal vitamin. If your prenatal multivitamin contains a large dose of iron (and you're not anemic), ask your healthcare provider about switching to a supplement with less iron.
