Answer: Breastfeeding bhi vajah ho sakti hai iseliye aap ko diet maintain Karna padega. Aur aap apne diet main green leafy vegetables beetroot drumsticks iron rich foods cereals pulses milk and milk products garlic cloves fenugreek seeds dates fruit dry fruits legumes nuts peanut beans and drink plenty of water stay hydrated isse aap ko nutrients milenga aur weight gain bhi hoga.
Answer: yes of course of breastmilk many womens get their weight loss .. and many womens can't .. So dont worry eat healthy and drink healthy and sleep well

Answer: If you are breastfeeding then breast milk is the best choice up to 1 year  Instead of fatty foods, high calorie energy dense foods increases weight without increasing the bad fat in the baby. Answer: Take a bunch of garlic and 2 cup of milk .. put the garlic into the milk and heat.. steam well .. when the milk has to come 1 or 1 and half ..mix the sugar . Drink the milk and eat the garlic.. Or Take a cup of milk and dip into the Britannia rusk and eat both the milk and rusk.. It will increase the breast milk.. I hope its very use ful of you..
