But there is no harm in working. You don't require any bed rest unless your medical conditions say that.
You can continue with your regular work. But go slow don't overexert your self. And lie down for a while when you feel tired.

Aap exercoses jaise pelvic stretch, kegels aur squats aur walk karte rahe. Make sure inhe karne ka sahi tarika doctor ya certified trainer se seekhen. Aur make sure doctor ko jarur dikhaye taki agar amnuitic fluid kam ho raha ho ya baby ki position kya hai ya cervix kitna dilate ho chuka yeh pata lagta rahe. Hope this helps.
