Jalan ko kam karne ke liye aa ye sab kr sakti h: 1. Aap un sab food ko avoid kijiye jisse aapka stomach kharab ho Sakta h 2. Aap thoda thoda khana khaiye 3. Khane k beech me pani jarur pijiye 4. Chew gum after eating 5. Eat two or three hours before bedtime
Answer: Stop eating oily and spicy good. Eat saunf after your meal. Dont go to bed just after meal, drink enough water.
