Answer: Dear belly 5th month ke end hone ke baad dikhni shuru hoti hai to please uske bare mein soch kar chinta na karen. Aap yeh remedy try kar sakte ho. Ek lemon ko half cut karke usmein kala namak daal kar ek spoon par garam karo tab tak jab tak kala namak melt hoke andar na chala jaye. Ab ise chatana hai. isse bhuk bhi badegi aur digestion bhi thik ho jayega. Hope it helps.

Question: mera 9 month start huva hai mere niple se ghadha pani ja RHA hai or thoda pain ho RHA hai isse koi paresani ki bat to nhi hai
Answer: hello dear wo gandha pani ni h colostrum ( milk) h. mostly sabi ko 3rd trimester me start ho jata h or normal h. breast baby ko feed krane ke liye prepare ho rhae h. Leaking clear, creamy-white or yellowish discharge from your breasts is a sign that your body is prepping to breastfeed your baby. It tends to happen toward the end of the third trimester, but can occur anytime after five or six months. The fluid you see is called colostrum, which is a precursor to the real milk you'll start producing a few days after delivery. Colostrum is high in protein and contains antibodies that protect your baby against infection during his first few days in the real world. You won't be able stop the leakage, but you may notice that it becomes heavier when your breasts are stimulated (like during sex), which triggers the letdown reflex. If the discharge makes you uncomfortable or dampens your clothing, try wearing some thin nursing pads in your bra.
