Bhookh na lagna..khane ka kuch mann na karna normal hai pregnancy mai,main samjh Sakti hun dear but aapko jo pasand hai thoda thoda Kar ke lo..jaise hi ki Vegetables Daliya,Suji cheela, poha,mix veg biryani,Idli etc.variety Ko foods lo..ek Sath khane ki bajaye thoda bht Khao. Coconut water piyo,juices lo,shakes pio Ko pasand hai pio. Pregnancy m aapko Apne lie toh khana hi hai aur chote baby ka bhi dhayan rakhna hoga usse bhi toh bhookh lagti hogi na toh please healthy diet lo..aur jaldi se good news share karo.. thanks:)
