Question: Mera 2 month chal raha hai. Main first jab check up kiya to weight 47 tha. Abhi check kiya to weight 45 ho gaya koi problem hai kya

Answer: hello.. dear If you are in the healthy weight range before becoming pregnant (BMI 18.5-24.9), then ideally you should gain between 11.5 kg and 16 kg: 1-1.5 kg in the first three months then 1.5-2 kg each month until you give birth. every month you need to increase your weight.. from now try to gain the weight.. eat healthy home food, include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet, light walking is best, intake of fluids should be more and proper rest and stress free is important all the best and happy pregnancy
