Answer: Hello dear cow milk is not recommended for the babies who are under 1 year.. So avoid that to your baby.. I think you can feed your baby normal milk which you use at home and moreover now your baby have started solids so try to include calcium rich foods like yogurt, buttermilk, cheese, tofu, panner etc..

Question: My baby is 7 months old .. Can i start cow milk instead of formula milk now? Or mix of both???
Answer: Hi dear, Cow milk is not to be given to babies below one year.it is not nutritious compare to breastmilk or formula milk for baby at this stage.also ,it is difficult to digest by babies.they tend to eat loose motions, vomiting and gastric issues.so I would suggest you to continue formula milk/breastmilk till 18 months of age .and after an year introduce cow milk in form of porridges and smoothies, just to get the taste of Cow milk ,so that baby get used to it later.but now please donot offer cow milk.

Question: My baby is 5 months old...can i start giving her cow milk ( packed ) as i have to start job by 01 Nov as of now she is on breastfeeding n lactogen milk
Answer: Dear till your baby is 1 year don't give cow or buffalo milk to baby because it can cause severe digestion problems and doctor's don't prescribe cow or buffalo milk before baby turns 1 year.. so if you have to join job back then give formula milk and Express the milk and store it in the fridge and then give it to your baby.. also baby would be six months by then so you can start some Semi solid food in between also... so don't worry it can be managed but please don't give cows milk.....

Question: My baby is 7 months now, can I start cow milk for her instead of formula milk?
Answer: Hello, I'm happy to help. Babies can't digest cow's milk as completely or easily as breast milk or formula. Cow's milk contains high concentrations of protein and minerals, which can tax your baby's immature kidneys. Cow's milk doesn't have the right amounts of iron, vitamin C, and other nutrients for infants. Cows milk has to be given only after 1 year, and only after diluting. Take care.
