Question: I am feeling very irritated and get angry even on very small things
Answer: The most common cause of getting angry and constant moodswings is the fluctuating hormones in pregnancy! It will get better once the hormones settle.During the 3rd trimester it could also be caused due to increased stress-both physically and emotionally!Rest well-Get plenty of sleep around 7-8 hours daily.Eat well-have mood boosters like walnut, dark chocolate etc,Include a lot of fruits and vegetables in your diet which will make u feel better!Exercise well early in the morning ,so that u feel good whole day long!Talk to your husband and make him understand that this happens to all and how you need to connect with him both emotionally and physically.Think about the baby who is going to be in your arms few days later, that will probably give you a good moos boost!

Answer: Hi dear, I can completely relate to you, when I was pregnant I use to get sometime angry then other times too emotional and I had no idea why I am getting all these feelings. So trust me I can understand how u feel. Mood changes during pregnancy can be caused by physical stresses, fatigue, changes in your metabolism, or by the hormones estrogen and progesterone. Significant changes in your hormone levels can affect your level of neurotransmitters, which are brain chemicals that regulate mood. The following list includes ways to manage your stress level: Get plenty of sleep Take a break during the day to relax Get regular physical activity Eat well Spend time with your partner Take a nap.
