Answer: Hi dear dere is no such scan compulsory i. 7th month if u have no complications. ReSt it depends on doctor need. Generally we have 3 types of ultrasound in normal pregnancy.
One is nt scan which takes place in 9 to 11 week it helps to know baby first heartbeat and yolk sac. Another is anamoly scan .It is usually performed between 18-23 weeks of pregnancy and ultrasound is the main diagnosis that is used to detect congenital abnormality and any down syndrome , it also helps to check the amonotic fluid level and baby proper growth of body parts and organ. It involves a detailed scanning and examination of the fetus for any abnormalities.
The third is growth scan .how well your baby is growing and their position in the uterus. During the scan , doctor assess the amount of amniotic fluid around the baby.
Rest further scan depends on the requirement if doctor and any complications u r facing , depends on it.
