Answer: Migraine in pregnancy is treated very basically because excess medications cannot be introduced. Rest, relaxation, massage, ice packs are first line of treatment. For acute migraine paracetamol helps taking a tab may reduce the pain and fatigue. Ask your hynae about propranolol and metoprolol medications to help you deal with migrabe episodes. Although getting migrabe is rare in pregnancy because of stable and high estrogen levels. Try more relaxation and meditation in morning.

Question: Hello madam Iam 16 weeks pregnant. Iam suffering from headache and vomitings please give me any suggestion
Answer: Hello dear. This is usually caused by high levels of the hormone HCG. You can follow these, so that it might help you to reduce nausea : Avoiding foods and smells that trigger your nausea. Keeping soda crackers by your bed and eating a couple before getting up. Allow some time for digestion, and rise slowly once you are ready. Eating smaller meals more frequently throughout the day instead of three big meals. Drinking less water/fluids with your meals, and instead drink them between meals. Eating more dry, plain foods such as white rice, dry toast, or a plain baked potato instead of richer, creamier foods. Sucking on hard candy. Keeping rooms well ventilated or having a fan close by for easier breathing. If neither of these are possible, take time to go outside to get some fresh air. Getting plenty of rest; Listen to your body when you are feeling fatigued, and try lying down. Take care.

Question: Hii mam I am 14weeks pregnant ..and from two days iam getting Cough..please give me some remedy..
Answer: Hello, I'm happy to help. When you become pregnant, your immune system is likely to change. As a result of these changes, you may contract a cold or a cough at some point during your pregnancy. In addition, your illness may last longer. Place a humidifier in your room, keep your head elevated on your pillow while resting, or use nasal strips. You can take steam or even inhale eucalyptus which gives some relief. Take care.
