11 weeks pregnant mother

Question: Mam iam 5 month pregnant.last week i had done by blood test.my hb level was9.4 for last2times.could you pls tell me a suitable remedy (food)

Answer: Hello dear... The normal value for hemoglobin during pregnancy is 12-16mg/dL,decrease in this value leads to Anemia,mildanemia in pregnancy will cause to most women, because more blood is taken for baby's development, if you are not getting nutrients from your diet,it won't produce more blood and causes anaemia.. Intake of healthy diet helps you a lot.. Intake of folate rich items like whole wheat, cereals,oats, lentils Drink two glasses of milk daily You can have ABC (apple, beetroot,carrot) juice,will increase bloods,you can see difference in a week Include more vegetables and fruits in your diet,have green leafy vegetables in any form daily Make a habit of eating dryfruits daily,start your day with having soaked dryfruits in morning,it will surely increases hemoglobin Eat two soaked figs will increase the HB level If you are a non vegetarian,eat egg,chicken,fish weekly twice will help a lot..
Answer: Hi dear, During pregnancy,the Hb level should be minimum 12.looks like you are anemic.you should start iron supplements to increase it.dietary iron along with supplements should increase your hb.consume the following to increase Hb: 1- green leafy vegetables like spinach 2- beans and lentils 3- whole grains 4- eggs and meat 5-fruits like apple and pomegranate Try to eat it along with vitamin C rich food to increase the absorption. Donot take calcium and iron supplements together.

Answer: Hi Don't worry. During pregnancy hb goes down and platelets as well. Once u consult doctor he will give u some tonic to improve these. But there are some remedies through which u can improve hb. Have apple beet and carrot juice everyday .This is the best morning juice for improving hb.Snack on almond and pumpkin seed. This is so good for ur increasing natural iron level and bonus is it taste good. Black resin ,black dates and dry  fig are 3 dry fruits has tons of iron content in it. You must include these dried fruits everyday to increase iron levels during pregnancy. Answer: Hi Sashikala if you have a baby boy who is 5 months old now I would not suggest you to start any Semi solid food for your baby your baby need to complete 6 months e all 180 days first and then only you are suggested to start semi solid food like applesauce mashed banana overcooked rice vegetable Khichdi oats porridge etc .
