Then after freshup i take 1 glass horlicks then nasta like partha /roti sbji, poha, sandwich, nd 1 glas orange juice. Then after 2 hr 1 coconut water, 1 apple ,5almond nd some kismis. Then lunch chwal dal sbji. In the evening i take 1/2 cup tea with some biscuit. Then after some time i take 1 egg not daily nd some snacks like makhana bhunja hua or sooji ka halwa. Then i take 1 glass of milk nd after some time i take dinner roti sbji. Is this diet is fine or not
Answer: Include more fruits veggies more varieties of dryfruits nuts ..take dates..fish chicken etc..protein rich foodd

Answer: 1. Put 2 tablespoons of jeera on a hot tawa.
2. Fry it in low flame till it turns black in colour.
3. Then pour half glass water to it.
4. Boil it for 2 minutes .
5. Turn off the flame. Let cool.
6. Then have it .

Question: Nowadays,I feel like water has bitter taste.So I feel to vomit when I drink and get gas trouble too.Try to take water sip by sip.But I think this way I'm not drinking enough water I'm supposed to drink this time.I started having lemon juice and curd.But I'm too scared that the daily usage of this will also make to hate the taste of this too and as usual I will vomit.Can some one suggest me any othere drink than fruit juice so I could try everything alternatively?
Answer: Have coconut water along with lots of fresh fruits.
