Answer: Dear your first period will generally return within 4 weeks on your HCG levels returning to zero. However, it is not uncommon for some women to experience prolonged return to ovulation and menses, sometimes up to eight weeks. Also you could get pregnant right after a D&C. However it would be riskier as the lining of your uterus would not be optimal for implantation. So better would be to wait till you get your periods back on trackld then start conceiving. Not really.i never had any pregnancy symptoms prior to missed period.some women are too sensitive to pregnancy hormones and get the symptoms as early as 4 weeks,even before missing periods.but it depends on person to person.once you miss your period you should wait for another week and then test your pregnancy.early testing could give you negative results.

Dear period may return anytime between 2 weeks to 6 weeks. And you should try to conceive only once ur period cycle is back to normal. So please wait till ur period are normal. Hope it helps.
