Eat everything in small intervals

Add some fruits and vegetables after small gap.
In lunch take full meal including curd etc
Around 4 pm have fruits and vegetables
In dinner regular meal whatever you want to eat.
Remember avoid junk foods and oily food
You can have juices but better to have fresh fruits.
Add 4-5 almonds in your diet plan
You can have nimbu pani also
Even you can add coconut water that is also good for health
Have milk daily with banslochan powder, this powder is very good for your baby and you because it is rich source of calcium.
