Answer: Generally Cord around baby's neck is not a problem for foetus but sometimes create problems for the baby during normal delivery
Babies get their oxygen through the cord, so if the umbilical cord became so compressed that it completely cut off the cord blood flow which usually happens when you get labour contractions and cause fetal distress
To prevent this, doctor would suggest caesarian section instead of normal delivery

Answer: yes amniotic fluid is low but for this you need to take at least 3 litres of water everyday include buttermilk juices coconut water etc
You should consume water base vegetables like bottle gourd cucumber etc
Take rest whenever possible in left lateral position
You can also talk to your doctor about l-arginine granules to increase the fluid.
Also cord can unwrap but we can't predict anything.
But on safer side do a doppler test and if these are normal you can wait till date or till labor starts.

If its a single loop of cord, the chances r still thr that baby can slid out but if its 2-3 then its going to be a C-Section..
