Answer: hello.. dear back pain, stomach pain, leg pain are most common symptoms of pregnancy.. to ease back apian and leg pain.. see this.. and stomach pain is due to the growth of baby..not to worry that is normal.. Back pain is often caused by pregnancy hormones relaxing your ligaments, the tough tissues that connect your joints. The weight you naturally gain and changes to your posture as your bump grows can add to the problem. You're most likely to feel pain in your lower back. But you may also feel discomfort in your upper back, shoulders, between your breasts, and in your ribcage. Sitting or standing in one position for a long time may make your back pain worse. If you exercise regularly, it's fine to continue, but listen to your body. Gentle exercise, such as walking and stretching, may relieve your stiffness and pain. But don't force yourself if you feel pain, as you could strain your ligaments further. Gentle massage can ease backache, but the effects tend to be temporary. To support your back and prevent pain, fold a thick towel lengthwise and place it perpendicular to your body at the point on your waist or you can use pregnancy pillow. Leg pain is any minor to major discomfort in one or both of your legs.Well, the weight of your growing uterus can push on the sciatic nerve and cause pain to run down the back of your leg. It could also just be leg cramps (most common in the third trimester) — but it could also be something more severe, like deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or uterine fibroids, so let your doctor know. Take a walk every day (unless your healthcare provider has advised you not to exercise). Lie down on your left side to improve circulation to and from your legs. Drink water regularly to stay hydrated during the day. Try a warm bath before bed to relax your muscles.

Question: I'm 39 weeks pregnant but not getting any pains or at least labour symptoms
Answer: Dear please relax you still have time till 40 weeks. And it actually depends on your baby's position. I tried so hard to get the labor pains but later realised that my daughter was not in the head down position so technically it was impossible for me to get pain if baby is not down and cervix is not dilated. So please discuss with your gynae and understand the chances you have got. And also keep doing exercises like pelvic stretch, squats, kegels and walking which helps in getting the pains. Hope it helps.
