10 weeks pregnant mother

Question: m 9 week preg., when i finish my work at morning ..means i make breakfast n lunch...after that i feel very much pain in my back n slight pain in stomach... n its very much from last two days .....after that i have to rest continously for 4,5 hrs than it comes to somewhatt normal....is it normal? ....

Answer: Hello! back pain and pain in stomach is normal. But standing or sitting at a stretch is not advised. If you are standing then try to sit after every 30 mins for atleast 10 minutes, and vice versa. However whenever you have pain you can do these simple remedies, it will give u some relief. Try to sit, lie down or change positions. Soak in a warm bath. Try doing relaxation exercises. Place a hot water bottle wrapped in a towel on the ache. Make sure you get plenty of fluids.

    try to follow this. Diet chart : 1. A glass of milk regularly. 2. Bowl of seasonal fruits 3. Bowl of salads 4. Chapatis 5. Bowl of different types of pulses 6. Fibre rich foods like oats, pomegranate with seeds etc 7. Bowl of veggies 8. Iron and calcium rich diet 9. Avoid ajinomoto 10. No Gassy foods 11. Drink plenty of water 12. Include curd, buttermilk and fennel seeds 13. Avoid aerated and caffeinated drinks 14. Dry Fruits

Question: Doctor, I want to know that is two lines in pregnancy test tube comes in which one is fainted than what does it means...there were two lines at the time of checkup but one was little fainted..nd next day my periods came..what does it mean..because after seeing that two lines I started hoping that m pregnant. Answer: I took 3 pregnancy test to be sure. All three came out positive but later ones had a fainted line. Pregnancy kits are based on hCG levels which is low at early stage of pregnancy. It's recommended to take the test in morning as hCG levels are at peak. Bleeding might be a sign of implantation or an early miscarriage. So you should consult with a gynaecologist to be absolutely sure.
