Answer: Congratulations for pregnancy due to harmonal changes vomiting s common in pregnancy. i also face vomitimg problem from firat trimester. My sister in law advised me to take peppermint tea, Sip fluids, such as clear fruit juices, water, or ice chips, throughout day. Don’t drink lots of fluid at one time.Eat small meals or snacks every two to three hours instead of three large meals per day.Don’t eat fried, greasy, or spicy foods.chew on fennel seeds whenever you feel vomiting .i try it nd get relief u can try it also
