Have more fruits and vegetables in your diet Start your day with soaked dry fruits Drink 2-3 litre of water daily Have guava with breakfast will help a lot You can also have banana smoothie, fig smoothie effective for constipation

Answer: Hello dear. Personally I never used kajal for my daughter as I consulted 3-4 doctor and did lot of research and everything said that it should. Not be done as it may cause blockage and serious eye infection for babies. So iI would suggest you to please avoid. Hope it helps.
