Question: hii.. M going to complete my first trimester on coming 6 may .. which dry fruits I should prefer to eat during second trimester and in how much quantity?

Answer: Almonds, walnuts, cashew, dates, foxnuts etc to get all the essential amino acids, all the essential fatty acids and to get all whole lot of vitamins and minerals. Its always recommended to have fistful of dry fruits throughout the day during pregnancy.
Answer: Almonds walnut dried apricot prunes raisins u can eat these dry fruits. Make is mix and create 2 portion for having it twice.
