It is very natural during pregnancy due to hormonal changes and the discomfort. Start meditating. It will help you. Read books. Keep yourself busy. Be happy. Don't stress over little things.
It's because of hormonal changes during pregnancy... It's ok to have it... Try to stay calm.. it should not effect baby
