Answer: Hello dear,  usually breathing problems during pregnancy nothing to be concerned about, but it's best to check with your doctor, since lots of things can cause shortness of breath. A few causes, I've found were, low blood sugar, dehydration, and your body adjusting to the new blood volume. So try eating a piece of fruit or drinking more watter. when you feel, try to take fresh air. Try this breathing style: Sit in a chair with bent knees and relaxed shoulders, head, and neck.... Place your hand on your belly.... Breathe in slowly through your nose. ... As you exhale, tighten your muscles. ... Put more emphasis on the exhale than the inhale. ... Repeat for about five minutes.
