Answer: It's not like that if u r not comfortable then don't do. But logic of doing pocha is that when u sits hen u pelvis get pressure and cervix get open which is good for normal delivery. It makes ur lower muscles strong for delivery. U can also do walk or light exercises inspire of pocha if u r not comfortable
