Answer: Hello would b mother! Yes you can have all the dry fruits and nuts but keep in mind the quantity should be in moderation as they are very rich in protein. You can have handfull of all the dry fruits in ur breakfast, if you are working so u can have it in your small evening break instead of junk food it engeriz your body too. If you want to mix it with some of your food items then mix it with yogurts, desserts try different combination according to your taste. Take care Stay healthy & Stay happy
