Question: Its 11 week and I have constipation. Sometime back pains. Little worried as I dnt feel to eat also anything .

Answer: Hi.. Dear constipation in pregnant women is thought to occur due to hormones that relax the intestinal muscle and by the pressure of the expanding uterus on the intestines. Sometimes iron tablets may contribute to constipation. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water if you are taking iron supplements. During pregnancy, the ligaments in your body naturally become softer and stretch to prepare you for labour. This can put a strain on the joints of your lower back and pelvis, which can cause back pain. Use a Maternity pillow, it will give you some comfort. Dear you need to eat, it is important, prepare anything that you love the most. Eat home made dishes and your favourite ones, for your baby.

Answer: The hormone progesterone is one of the main causes of excess gas during pregnancy. As your body produces more progesterone to support your pregnancy, progesterone relaxes muscles in your body. This includes the muscles of your intestine. Slower moving intestine muscles mean that your digestion slows down. This allows gas to build up, which in turn leads to bloating, burping, and flatulence. 1. Drink plenty of fluids  2. Stay active and do walk and yoga. 3. Cut down gassy foods like potatoes, wheat,  broccoli,egg plant etc.  4. Rich fibre food intake, figs, and bananas, and vegetables, as well as whole grains like oats and flax meal are all good fiber boosters to consider. 5. Light meal often and moderate amount.  6. Fennel seeds and buttermilk for easy digestion.. For constipation Try these remedies 1: When you get up in the morning, drink a glass of warm water with lemon. 2: Take a tablespoon of coconut oil or olive oil before each meal. The oil which help soften and lubricate the stool. 3: Until you clear your bowels limit your meals to fresh fruits such as apples and pears with skins , soups, salad vegetables like grated carrots with skins, nuts, seeds like sunflower and pumpkin and legumes such as black beans and chick peas and other easily digested protein such as eggs. Once your bowels have cleared you can go back to a more varied diet with meat etc. 4: Go for a long walk (or a repetitive walk close to the toilet). 5: Take a glass of warm water or herbal tea before bed. 6: Stew on the stove half a cup of dried fruits such as apricots or prunes with a cupful of water. Cook till the fruit is soft and then mash it and eat the whole thing including liquids in the morning before eating anything else. 7: Avoid caffeinated drinks. 8. Question: I m not able to eat anything. As soon as i eat i feel like vomiting. Evening time is very worse. I cannot have anything to eat.
Answer: Hii dis happens to few moms. As morning sickness is common but few mo.days also get evening sickness. Follow below routine everyday. It do happens in first trimester and to some mom to be face it in 2 nd trimester as well.  Don't skip breakfast. Eat bland toast if that's all you can keep down. Eat smaller meals throughout the day instead of large meals.  Don't go more than 3 to 4 hours without a snack.  Drink plenty of water of herbal tea safe for pregnant women.  Take your prenatal vitamins at night or with a snack rather than in the morning have ginger tea in the morning. take a warm glass of water with 2spoon each added with honey and apple cider vinegar .
