Answer: you can try these remedies 1. COCONUT WATER Since coconut water is a natural acid neutralizer, drinking it can provide immediate and easy relief. And with the latest boom in coconut water, it’s easier to get than ever. 2. PAPAYA This delicious fruit has a natural enzyme that relieves heartburn. You can eat the fruit itself, as long as it is ripe. But you can also take chewable papaya enzyme, found in any health food store. 3. FENNEL SEEDS Fennel seed tea and fennel seed oil both work great to ward off heartburn by soothing the digestive tract and reducing acid and inflammation. 4. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR Consuming apple cider vinegar actually sends a message to your stomach to stopproducing acid, thus your heartburn is relieved. It’s one of those small wonders of the world. 5. RAW ALMONDS The oil found in almonds neutralizes stomach acid and soothes your symptoms. They’re also a great source of calcium and protein. So eat up! 6. SAUERKRAUT Sauerkraut, and all fermented foods (like pickles, kimchi, and kefir) reduce heartburn. And over time, they can actually improve the health of your stomach by providing beneficial bacteria to your gut. 7. MILK & HONEY Add a tablespoon of honey into warm milk, and enjoy a sweet treat that might just help your heartburn.

Question: I have acidity problem i cant eat well because of this, pls tell some remedies
Answer: Hi, Many women have acidity  for the first time during pregnancy. Rich, oily or spicy dishes, chocolate, citrus fruits, alcohol and coffee are all known to aggravate acidity. If you feel uncomfortable then avoid these foods for a while. Drink water instead of carbonated or fizzy drinks because these drinks are already very acidic.. A glass of cold milk or a cup of yogurt is an age-old remedy for heartburn and acidity. A cup of chamomile or ginger tea (adrak chai) may also help. Some also believe that bananas help. Eat small, frequent meals and chew your food well. A long gap between meals can lead to acidity. Avoid drinking large quantities of fluids during meals. It's important to drink eight to 12 glasses of water daily during pregnancy, but drink between meals. Try to finish your dinner about three hours before you go to bed. Sometimes lying down can lead to heartburn because gravity helps the acids out of your stomach. Following a late dinner, try not to lie down for at least an hour after eating. Sleep propped up with pillows so that your shoulders are higher than your tummy. In this position, gravity will help keep your stomach acids where they should be and aid your digestion.

Question: I have too acidity problem, cant eat well because of this. How to reduce this acidity problem
Answer: Hello! Acidity during pregnancy or heartburn is a common symptom encountered by most women during their pregnancy in the second or third trimester. Eight out of ten ladies have heartburn, indigestion or acidity either during the beginning or latter part of their pregnancy due to hormonal and physical changes.Eat small but frequent meals- the thumb rule here is that instead of eating three full meals, try to eat 5-6 smaller meals. This prevents fullness, bloating, and other uneasy symptoms. Eat your food slowly, chewing properly and avoid gulping it down.Refrain from oily, fatty, fried food as this is a trigger for acid reflux and heartburn. Certain other additives like coffee, tea, sugar and carbonated drinks are also well known triggers.Avoid eating heavy meats, especially red meats, as they tend to aggravate the symptoms.Drink loads of water, but avoid drinking with food as it reduces the effectiveness of the gastric juices by diluting them. Rather, drink water between meals. Always stay hydrated and drink a minimum of 7-8 glasses of water a day. Have loads of fresh juices, smoothies and milk shakes. They are not only healthy, but help cut down acidity levels. Protein shakes are a good healthy alternative to stay hydrated.Eat at least an hour prior to sleeping. Do not sleep immediately after your food. Do not indulge in heavy meals for dinner. After your meals, chew gum as it stimulates saliva production which neutralizes the excessive acidity levels.Sleep with your head and shoulders propped up to avoid reflux of gastric contents. This also helps in breathing, as the growing uterus pushes upwards on the lungs too, leading to breathing difficulties in some.Maintain your weight and keep a tab on weight gain.
