Question: In 8th month of pregnancy....sex is good for normal delivery
Answer: Hi dear it is too early to induce labour as 8 th month is dangerous month and when you have intercourse your body release love harmon oxitocine which is necessary to induce labour naturally or semen make your cervix soft n thin to open my childbirth educator suggested me to have intercourse every alternative day when your 8 th start. And for normal delivery you have to do some exercises like half squats, full squats, in standing position move your belly in round clock wise and anti clock wise. Camel cat exercise. Walking 30 min minimum it helps alot to your babys head fix down. Climb stairs is the best exercise. Always do full and half squats with support and 10 in full day. Don't do all at one time. And doing same in labour will minimise your labour pain upto 1 - 2 hour.... i did all this activities untill i go on delivery table.. taking pain in bed is so painful and take long time for delivery and moving and doing exercises will make easier to give birth fast and 100% normally.... follow this steps and you will even not need intercourse...
