Answer: Hi dear, Yes,looks like starting if labor.punk discharge and dull back she with abdomen cramps at this stage are symptoms of labor.you might also have water break in few hours. Right now you need to wait for true labor pain. 1-observe the frequency of your pain or contractions first. Labor pains will happen at regular intervals and get more intense at each interval. They may start as far apart as every 20 to 30 minutes. Call the doctor when contractions are five minutes or fewer apart. 2-they generally originate at abdomen just like period cramps but stronger.it also radiates to lower back 3-true labor pains won't go away,if you change position or do some physical activity unlike false labor.true labor pains would be continuous 4-duration of pain would increase as the time passes.it may extend 30-90 seconds each pain 5-cervix beginning to dialates,if you observe any blood stained mucous coming out with pain 6-watch clear odourless water like discharge called amniotic fluid coming out too

Question: I'm having too much white discharge , I'm bit tensed also ... is it a sign of labour ?
Answer: As you get closer and closer to labor, you may be experiencing a heavier flow of vaginal discharge. This is quite common, so there’s no need to get worried. What you’re likely seeing is leukorrhea, the normal, thick, whitish or yellowish vaginal discharge brought on because of an increase in estrogen and more blood flow to the vaginal area.Right now, there’s nothing you can do to reduce the amount of your vaginal discharge. If you notice an unusual smell or—or if you think you’re leaking amniotic fluid because it’s mostly a thin, clear discharge—call your doctor right away. if the flow gets heavy use panty liners. Keep your vaginal area clean and avoided using scented products.
