Question: Is it neccessary to continuously drink milk ?i am 18 weeks pregnant and i dont like milk

Answer: Hi! Its fine if you dont like milk and dnt want to hv it, pls hv other calcium rich food to fill the gap.. Suggesting few food items for the following.. Calcium is extremely important in pregnancy for baby's bone development, and milk is the easiest source however if you are unable to have milk then you need to fulfil the calcium needs thorough other available food. *You can have kidney beans, chickpeas. *Almond, roasted chana *Leafy veggies like spinach *Sweet potatoes. These food ard all calcium rich and helps in strenghthening bones. Hope this helps!

Answer: Hello dear, If you don't like plain milk, can take flavoured milk, but it is high in sugar. So try to give home made flavour milk. You can add boost, Horlicks to change milk taste. Many find milkshakes, buttermilk or chhaach, lassi or smoothies are great for you. Use full fat milk or dahi and your favourite fruits like bananas.
