6 weeks pregnant mother

Question: Is it ok to eat only rice with dal/ any green sabji / regular sabhi in dinner , followed by cup of milk. Or its mandatory to have Roti's too. Please share how much amount of food should any pregnant lady should eat, i am in my 6th week of pregnancy

Answer: Dear in pregnancy eat all kind food and do add roti in you while day meal and you can skip roti in 1 meal but do eat it atleast once a day. See in pregnancy there is no need to change diet chart you can keep.it same as before..
