Question: Increase the sugar level in blood in 8th month is it normal ?

Answer: No is not normal. Please follow a very strict diet and at every 2 hrs and small meals instead of 3 large meals. Drink plenty or fluids and fruits which don't have much sugar content. Avoid sweet biscuits, potato etc Have rice only one cup and once a day. Walk for 15mins after every meal. If you can drink karele ka juice in the morning.
