Question: In 8 weeks pregnency, i suffer from tummy pain(sometimes) nd full body pain...is it normal?? If its normal, what should I eat for overcome weakness....

Answer: Hi dear the tummy pain is normal due to the expansion of the uterus..take more rest. Have lukewarm bath. It will reduce body pain. In pregnancy have lots of fruits, vegetables, grains & pulses, dairy products, oats, ragi products. Have lots of water, juices . Aviod pineapple, dates, Papaya in the first trimester. It might cause abortion. Have fully cooked food. Don't eat raw food. Have foods that has more of carbohydrates, proteins, iron & calcium. You can have sprouts also that's nicely washed and cooked properly. Have small meals at frequent intervals.
