Question: I am 28 weeks pregnant.. bt my baby bump is not that visible. I hav gained just 4 kgs of weight till now.. is it normal??
Answer: hii dear congratulations for ur pregnancy .an average mom to be gain weight of almost 2 to 3 kg in the first 20 week and after than almost .5 kg per week. which comes to around 12 – 14 kg in total. However, it differs in reality due to pregnancy symptoms, body type, individual’s lifestyle etc. Many women tend to put on weight in the first 20 weeks or lose weight due to morning sickness and poor appetite. So it's nothing to worry. The important thing to remember, is that there is no right size for your bump. All women, and all pregnancies, are unique. Bump size can be influenced by lots of factors, including: the number of pregnancies – first pregnancies tend to be smaller bumps because tummy muscles are tighter the number of babies – women carrying multiples often have bigger bumps the amount of fluid – it’s not just baby in there, the amount of fluid in your uterus could also affect your bump size the baby’s position – you may notice that your bump changes shape each time your baby changes position your posture – your bump may look bigger or smaller if you stand in certain ways Your body structure - height, weight, hip size etc So till the time ur baby is healthy baby bump.dont play an important role.
