The maturity of placenta is determined from 0-3 grade. 0 being the least 3 being fully matured. Usually grade 3 is after 37 weeks. What has the doctor advised you about this?

Fundal posterior means that the placenta is located towards the back of your uterus. Not low lying means that it is not complicating the cervix which is a good thing.
