U can start with walking daily for 20-30 mins
Take your baby along on a pram..
That will be good for both, u and your baby.

Take a protein rich diet-egg,chicken ,fish(if non veg and paneer,tofu .
Include green veggies like spinach,fenugreek,beans in your meals
Cut down on carbs-avoid white rice,bread etc.
