Question
Answer: hi dear! it looks like a antenatal hydronephrosis. There are many reasons for the same. You can have a follow up after the birth of the baby. Usually gets resolved on its own but decision on what to do next depends on the persistence of the swelling after the babies birth. also you might need to check the amniotic fluid level and keep a track on it. if it reduces at any point you can start taking arginine sachets. dont worry this occurs in most of the pregnancy dear. take care! i hope this information is helpful to you!
