Question
Answer: hi dear! Echogenic intracardiac focus is a small bright spot seen in the baby's heart on an ultrasound exam. This is thought to represent mineralization, or small deposits of calcium, in the muscle of the heart. they themselves have no impact on health or heart function. Often it is gone by the third trimester. and the mild swelling on the kidney also is not troublesome we'll have to keep a check on it and also a check on the amniotic fluid dear. if at anytime there is decrease in amniotic fluid then you might need to take arginine sachets . dont worry these are some normal findings dear. and tend to resolve by its own. take care!
