Question: Hlo.. Im 26 wks pregnant.. I feel a burning sensation or sharp pain on upper stomach or jst under my breast.. Wat is it??

Answer: Hello dear Some abdominal aches and pains during pregnancy are quite common and generally pose no threat to you and your baby. After all, your organs are constantly shifting, your uterus is expanding, and your ligaments are stretching. And let's not forget morning sickness. Abdominal pain is mainly caused by: 1. Gas and bloating 2. Constipation 3. Round ligament pain Remedies for abdomen pain: 1. Eat less food 2. Use lemon or lime juice 3. Start BRAT diet that is banana, rice, apple, toast 4. Rest or take a warm bath or shower. 5.Regular exercise will strengthen and tone your abdominal muscles

So don't worry its normal. To reduce heartburn during pregnancy without hurting your baby, you should try the following: Eat small and frequent food. Avoid fried, spicy, or rich (fatty) foods or any foods that seem to cause the risk of heartburn.Drink less while eating. Drinking large amounts while eating may increase the risk of acid reflux and heartburn.Don't lie down directly after eating.Keep the head of your bed higher than the foot of your bed. Or place pillows under your shoulders to help prevent stomach acids from rising . Wear loose-fitting clothing. Tight-fitting clothes can increase the pressure on your stomach and abdomen.Avoid constipation. Choose unsweetened coconut water or try this coconut water smoothie.  Crush a small amount of fennel seed. . Fennel by itself is lovely. Try steeping crushed fennel seed in hot water!
