Question: Im 19 weeks pregnant,since one week my stool colour is black.please suggest me,im feeling tensed

Answer: Hi dear Swollen feet are very common during pregnancy. Keep your feet on a small pillow and lie down to your left.it'll reduce by morning. Have less salty food and avoid spicy oily food and pickles. Check your BP once in three days. Get your urine checked for albumin. Visit your gynaec if the swelling is more Take barley water. That helps reduce the swelling. And continue to walk 10 to 15 mins daily
